Ingredients :

Organic juniper berry, organic fresh lemon and orange peel, organic liquorice, organic coriander seed, organic elderberry, ginger, two kinds of peppers, neutral alcohol and spring water from the Alps.

Color :

Crystalline

Nose :

Intense and expressive, it first reveals citrus notes then a vegetal side with juniper and a subtle chilli.

Stuffy :

Nice texture on the palate, the pepper gives a spicy start which then harmonizes with the citrus notes where the orange takes over slightly and brings roundness. Nice balance.

Final:

Long and spicy (chilli, juniper).

Ibex Gin takes care of all the production and distribution phases on two sites in Bex and Verbier (maceration, filtration,

bottling, etc.). Only the distillation is done in Martigny by the Louis Morand & Cie SA distillery.
