MandaGin Tonic

Ingredients

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 8 cl of Tonic Water
  • 0.5cl mandarin juice
  • 2 mandarin slices
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes, gin, tangerine juice in a glass.
  • Add the tonic.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Place the mandarin slice in the glass. Serve immediately.

Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 5 cl IBEX Classic
  • 2 cl IBEX Limoncello
  • 2 cl Lime
  • 1 cl Sugar syrup
  • 10 fresh basil leaves

Path to follow:

  • Fill shaker halfway with ice cubes
  • Pour in all ingredients and shake
  • Pour into the glass and garnish with a beautiful basil leaf.

Margherita Peps

Ingredients

  • 4 cl IBEX red
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 2cl Lemon
  • 1cl Cane syrup

Path to follow:

  • Salt and pepper the rim of the glass
  • Fill shaker halfway with ice cubes
  • Pour in all ingredients and shake
  • Pour into glass

Red Snapper

Ingredients

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 12 cl of tomato juice
  • 0.5 cl of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 small piece of celery stalk
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes and all the ingredients, except the celery stalk, in a glass.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon for 8 to 10 seconds.
  • Rinse the branch then place it in the glass
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Serve immediately.

London Mule

Ingredients

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 12 cl of ginger beer
  • 1 cl fresh lime juice
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put ice cubes, gin, lime juice in a glass.
  • Add the ginger beer.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Place the lemon slice in the glass. Serve immediately.

Hugo Revisited

Ingredients

  • 6 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 10 cl of prosecco
  • 10 cl sparkling water
  • 3 cl of elderberry syrup
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Place ice cubes, elderberry syrup, sparkling water, prosecco and gin in the glass.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon for 8 to 10 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
