1. Scope
The general conditions of sale are intended to govern the relationship between Ibex Gin SNC and the Internet user, hereinafter designated by the customer. The masculine form “client” used below naturally designates both clients and clients. Sending the customer’s order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale in their entirety, to the exclusion of any other term or condition. The customer declares to have the capacity to contract with Ibex Gin SNC on the basis of the general conditions of sale. He guarantees that all information provided is accurate.
Registration on the online shop is reserved for persons with the capacity to perform legal acts. The data required for registration must be complete and truthful. Each customer is responsible for updating their data themselves.
2. Prohibition of sale to minors
By his acceptance of the general conditions, the customer certifies that he is at least 18 years old. Indeed, the law prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to people under 18, as well as the sale of wines, ciders and beers to people under 16.
3. Products
The characteristics of the articles and explanatory notes are given for information only and do not constitute contractual documents. The photos appear on the site www.ibex-gin.ch for illustration purposes and are not part of the contractual conditions. Ibex Gin SNC declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions related to the images or notices appearing on its online store.
4. Prices and terms of sale
The prices indicated on the website www.ibex-gin.ch are in Swiss francs (CHF) per bottle and include VAT. Prices are ex-cellar and do not include delivery costs.
Ibex Gin SNC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price invoiced is the price displayed at the time of the order.
The promotional discounts offered within the framework of commercial actions on the site www.ibex-gin.ch are deducted directly from the amount of the invoice.
Offers on products are valid only as long as they are visible on the site www.ibex-gin.ch and within the limits of available stocks.
All orders are final once payment has been confirmed.
All orders are payable with the Stripe platform or by bank transfer.
5. Delivery and delivery costs
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. FOR ANY SPECIAL OFFER OR SPECIAL DISCOUNTS, DELIVERY COSTS ARE ALWAYS INVOICED REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF THE ORDER.
Switzerland :
- B courier delivery costs are free for all orders over 5 bottles.
- For orders of 1 bottle, delivery is charged CHF 6.30
- For orders of 2 to 5 bottles, delivery is charged CHF 9.00
- Express courier delivery costs are invoiced CHF 28.00
6. Secure payment and data protection
All payments made online are secure. The information entered for the payment is encrypted (https) and transmitted to Stripe in a secure manner.
Only means of payment according to its acceptance: VISA, MASTERCARD, GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY.
The use by Ibex Gin SNC of personal data relating to customers complies with the legislation in force, in particular the law on data protection. These are treated confidentially and securely.
Ibex Gin SNC only processes and stores the data necessary for the proper performance of its services. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties.
7. Defective bottles
Defective bottles are subject to return and refund conditions explained in article 8 of these general conditions. Please refer to this point to read these conditions.
8. Return and refund conditions
Ibex Gin SNC does not accept the return of goods. On the other hand, we attach great importance to the quality of the Gin that we offer, which is why you can return your products to us if they are defective bottle(s). If you notice these anomalies on one or more products that you have ordered, they will be reimbursed or replaced. Only defective bottles containing which contain minimum 3/4 of the bottle and with the original cap.
9. Ownership
The goods remain the property of Ibex Gin SNC until full payment of the invoice.
10. Applicable law and legal strength
These general conditions of sale as well as the contracts concluded in application are governed by Swiss law.
The Valais courts have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
11. Validity and modifications of the general conditions
The gin list is subject to sale in the meantime. Ibex Gin SNC reserves the right to modify the assortment, prices and conditions at any time and without notice.
