Red Snapper

Type: long drink to serve at any time

Strength: Moderately alcoholic

For 1 glass:

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 12 cl of tomato juice
  • 0.5 cl of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 small piece of celery stalk
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes and all the ingredients, except the celery stalk, in a glass.
  • Stir with a bar spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Rinse the branch then place it in the glass
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Serve immediately.
