Hugo revisited

Type: long drink to serve at any time

Strength: Moderately alcoholic

For 1 glass:

  • 6 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 10 cl of prosecco
  • 10 cl of sparkling water
  • 3 cl of elderberry syrup
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes, elderberry syrup, sparkling water, prosecco and gin in the glass
  • Stir with a bar spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.

Red Snapper

Type: long drink to serve at any time

Strength: Moderately alcoholic

For 1 glass:

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 12 cl of tomato juice
  • 0.5 cl of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 small piece of celery stalk
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes and all the ingredients, except the celery stalk, in a glass.
  • Stir with a bar spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Rinse the branch then place it in the glass
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Serve immediately.

Gin Fizz

Type: long drink to serve at any time

Strength: Moderately alcoholic

For 1 glass:

  • 5 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put the ice cubes, gin, lime juice and sugar syrup in the lower part of the shaker.
  • Add the upper part of the shaker and shake it vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  • Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass.
  • Add the sparkling water and place the lemon slice in the glass.
  • Serve immediately

London Mule

Type: long drink to serve at any time

Strength: Weakly alcoholic

For 1 glass:

  • 4 cl of Ibex Gin Red Chili edition
  • 12 cl of ginger beer
  • 1 cl fresh lime juice
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 4 or 5 ice cubes

Path to follow:

  • Put ice cubes, gin, lime juice in a glass.
  • Add the ginger beer.
  • Stir with a mixing spoon for 8-10 seconds.
  • Place the lemon slice in the glass. Serve immediately.
