Sicilian clementine, elevated by the Alps
Our Clémentinello completes our trilogy of Sicilian citrus. We chose the perfectly ripe clementine — softer and more floral than lemon, less sweet than mandarin — a rare balance.
As with our other liqueurs, we infuse it slowly in Swiss neutral spirit, softened with local sugar and pure spring water. The result: a luminous, refined liqueur that celebrates the aromatic finesse of clementine — low in sugar and silky on the palate.
Enjoy well chilled after a meal, as the base of a winter spritz, or in an original cocktail with prosecco and a twist of bitter orange.
