Our Abricotine pays tribute to our canton’s emblematic fruit: the Valais apricot, slowly ripened under the Alpine sun. A clear, intense eau-de-vie that captures the very soul of the fruit at perfect ripeness.

Careful distillation, respect for the fruit, precision in the blend. The result: a fine, aromatic eau-de-vie, with all the generosity of the Valais apricot, its characteristic floral note and the natural sweetness of fruit picked at just the right moment.

Enjoy as a digestif after a meal — chilled but not iced, in a small eau-de-vie glass to let the aromas open up. Also remarkable as the base of a signature cocktail, or drizzled over a warm apricot tart.
